Here is the plan

develops a level of comfortableness.
1. Obstacle Course Warm-up. Pylons, coaches on lines giving instructions, and sticks.

skate hard, and get into the ready position. Have players then practice going
from ready position to standing up, back to ready, to standing, etc.

pucks with left, right and both hands. Continue to call out what one to
use.
d) One foot glide - players will push off the boards and pick one foot
up and glide on other. Change feet. Have foot on one skate. Have knee bent in
front of waist, switch legs.
3. Courses

b) Obstacle Course with stepping/jumping over sticks.
c) Obstacle Course with shooting and passing.
